Location verification

We received an email that our property has been taking down from booking.com while they await location verification.  We sent an email daily and called daily and they say we have to wait for their specialised team.  In the meantime we losing customers and revenue.  We dont have a postal system in my country and they have sent the letter to the street address which does not exist.  It is so frustrating that there is no response or contact.  Booking.com will lose millions in revenue as frustrated owners then list their property on other accommodation site.  Dont tell to message on extranet as I have done it and called daily.  Is there a direct contact.  So frustrating.

You can find their number under Inbox > Booking.com messages > See contact options then select any option > Other > See all contact options.
