Hi there,
Compared to the number of room nights sold with competitive sets from March 1-3, I found the number of rooms we sell is much lower than the competitive sets. I would like to know the reason and hear your suggestions.

look up all of your competitive set from the front end i.e. like a potential guest, and compare their listings to yours. Look for all of the possible marketing differences;

etc. etc.
Possibly you have the wrong properties selected as a competitive set?
