No Show/Fake Account
Good Day Sir/Madam
We have encountered a problem with a guest from Kuwait. The quest made a reservation through booking this morning (at 7 AM), but has not arrived at our hotel yet. We have tried contacting him through the chat, but with no success. Could it be possible that the reservation has been made through a fake account? If this is the case, then how should we proceed?
