Today at Booking.com it is impossible to work with the offers tab directly on the website, they changed the configuration on the website, so when there is more than one offer in a period, the Booking website does not read it, so we are uncompetitive, which It forces us to have to change the rate via calendar, this was a step backwards that Booking took, and we do not understand what was thought to take such a drastic and illogical action.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
