Property verification already takes more then 8 weeks - property is locked the whole main season!
We opened 2 properties in south east poland in a small village called Nielisz in June this year. We already had a couple of bookings, when booking.com decided to lock one property (i.e. nobody can book the property). The reason for the locking was a validation process which sounded reasonable at the very beginning. The problem started that nobody could tell us what we have to do to in order to get unlocked. Some messages from booking.com proposed to send a video of the property which was simply not possible - we could only attach pictures in the responses. We had a lot of phone calls, with waiting times of approximatly one hour until we got served, where the support just told us we have to wait.
Thats already bad, because booking.com locked our property for the whole main season in this year, but the worst thing is that booking.com also took their fees from bookings before but blocked at the same time the money tranfer to us (so we are still waiting for money from old bookings!).
This is really incredible frustrating and because we meanwhile know that we are not the only partner with such problems we really would like to know which person is responsible for that mess and how booking.com plans to proceed in such cases.
