Requests for arrival during the night prior to check in

I have started getting requests for check in during the night prior to scheduled check in from 1600. For example, guest requests booking for 2 nights. Check in for night 1 is normally from 1600hrs but guest requests arrival at 0400 on the night prior to the first night booked. I refuse early check in and request them to book the night of their early arrival. I suspect this is a scam to get a free night's accommodation.

  • lol wow thats hilarious.
  • They need to book and pay for the arrival night too, how thick can they be , lmao.
  • Nah its not a scam, just ignorant guest who booked it. There are people like that, unfortunately.
  • Set a time limit on that message too, so you can cancel it. Follow up with partner support either way.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
