Suspension due to location verification
Booking,com has decided to suspend our property. They promised location check within 10 days.... well thats a laugh they are not keeping there word. Google is full of others who are getting the same treatment and some are still waiting after 4 months!!! We have not been paid for guests who have stayed, we are nearly fully booked from Friday till Christmas and they have asked us to honour the bookings until there checks are done even though they are not going to pay us. We lost our business due to Covid and this was our attempt to get back on our feet but now it looks as though we are going to have to claim Universal Credit as we literally have no income. I have rang them every day and no joy, even there staff think that the company are wrong. PLEASE has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can get this sorted?
