TERMINATION OF MY ACCOUNT AND 5 PROPERTIES

Booking.com terminated my account suddenly!! wont payout blocked everything, they cancelled all upcoming guests, I even had guests staying at the time. spoke my account manager said there was nothing he could do. Called them so many times.. no one will help 

After 5 years of being with them they owe me £6,000 plus £15,000 of cancelled bookings.

Time for small claims court. if anyone has a similar problem do contact me. 

DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND SHUT YOU DOWN.

AIRBNB WOULD NEVER DO THIS!!!

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
