For three months, exactly since 25.07.2021 we are not helped by booking.com
On July 25, I made a call to the hotline. There I could not be helped and the ticket would be passed on to the 2 level support. Our company is still not activated although all information has been recorded since July. Until September, I contacted them weekly by phone or app and still have no answer. Therefore, my question do you also have such problems that you are simply ignored? How is it with the payouts? Are there also problems there or that you have to wait a long time for your money? Is this company trustworthy at all? We have been working with airbnb for half a year now. I am simply speechless how one is treated by booking.
