Unlist a flat
After Iisted a flat to rent then change my mind and want to unlisted it unfortunately it said need 14 days to cancel the partnership with booking.
however 22 days past still no response and been asked customer help from booking many times every time just let me wait but never solve the problem.
Is there anyone know what should I do?
just a simple unlist activity make is so difficult and nobody can solve this problem
weird if you did the guide on 'end my partnership' then 14 is all it should be.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

You can reach them via the Inbox tab in the extranet > Booking.com Messages > See contact options.
Please reach out to Partner Services and ask them to request an End of Contract if this has not finalised in the 14 days.
