To whom it may concern 


I have got an e-mail from Booking with the request for the number of my VAT. When I click on VAT details, there is written: Do you have a VAT registration? Yes / Yes, but not registered for EU transactions.         But neither of those two alternatives is good for me, because I am not a payer of VAT.


What should I do then?

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Unless you meet the requirements for getting a VAT number and your accountant told you you need one, you can ignore the request.


BdC have been told 50+ times they need to cater for this scenario on the VAt info page.

i.e. add another option : Not Applicable to me.
