Verification location

Hello booking guys, can you solve the problem of verification of location. I receive the email from you 7 days ago, you wrote that my property could not be bookable because of verification of location. You mentioned some letter which I didn't receive from you. My property is on booking from october 2021. and I don't know why do you need time for verification of location and why my property is out of busssines, you did it. Can you help with this, please?

So this is 2 things.

1. From start you need a code for verification that takes up to 5 weeks. Input to finish verification. 

If that never came request video method. 


2. The 10 day audit. Its random. Phone partner support after the 10 notification

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
