What do we need to do to get our property bookable?

It has been almost a month since we created our partner account, we still didn't recieve the address verification letter.

Last week, a member of your support team told us verification can be done by a video call, how long should we wait before this call really happens?

We are in a ski resort and as you can assume, every day unbookable costs us a lot as we chose to work only with Booking.com.

already did it for 14 days in a row, always the same answers :

"the verification team will get back to you soon, I leave them a message, no I can't give you their contact, no I can't give you a delay. Sorry" 

It seems we are not alone in this situation, all those posts on here seem to reveal an issue Booking.com should care about.

Unless like some Partners say, they are making stock market profit with the supended payments.
