What do we need to do to get our property bookable?
It has been almost a month since we created our partner account, we still didn't recieve the address verification letter.
Last week, a member of your support team told us verification can be done by a video call, how long should we wait before this call really happens?
We are in a ski resort and as you can assume, every day unbookable costs us a lot as we chose to work only with Booking.com.
