Another Extranet Bug: Disappearing Pricing
This week, all the pricing on 3 properties we manage has simply disappeared - the price, minimum stay, advance notice - all the settings have just disappeared.
We had the same on at least one other property last week - maybe two or 3 properties.
Today, I reported the bug via the Extranet. BDC support were just as useless and unhelpful as ever.
"Thank you for reaching us! Please add prices to your calendar to open the availability. ... If you have any questions, we are here for you."
Hopefully someone can tag BDC account managers or something here so that the info goes to the right people ......
