Booking.com cancelled my account
I wrote the invoice number wrong on my payment and they cancelled my account.
I informed them about the mistake and sent them proof of payment but now they tell me that i have to wait for their accounting department to review the case before they restore my account.
It's been 20 days and still nothing from them.
They cannot say when the matter will be resolved.
I'm loosing thousands of Euros because of one wrong digit on the payment form.
