Booking.com Preferred Partner Programme

Hi

I just discovered my property is signed up to the Preferred Partner Programme. I only just noticed this as i was checking the commission on recent bookings. Thought the commission seemed very high. Turns out my property is paying 18% commission because my property is in the preferred partner programme.

I called Booking.com and told them categorically 100% i have never signed up to this programme. They said my user ID signed up to this programme. Absolutely i did not. I'm absolutely raging angry with Booking.com.

Feels like fraud on their part sneakily adding my property to the programme and trying to tell me it was me who joined the programme.

Has anyone else experienced this? Its really not fair and i want advice on how i can challenge them on this.

Thank You

Wow.. fantastic advice BrookAve lol

However, you failed miserably to answer my question posed to the community.

Maybe in future if you don't have a helpful answer to a fellow partner you think before posting a silly response.
