Can anyone help with copy yearly rates

Every year when I try to copy yearly rates the system crashes and closes all my rooms. Booking.com dont help nor can I seem to get in contact with anyone. Nor do they respond to emails.

Thank you for your message. Here are the tips to loading rates and availability if you do NOT use a external channel manager provider. If you require further assistance you can also call Booking.com.


Please reach out to the Partner Services team directly if you want someone to help you with your specific listing. You can give them a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Call.


Kindly note that your extranet is the best place to seek help as your inquiry will go to a specific department depending on the topic you choose when you send a message.
