chat or mail option

why is there no chat option or email option available and the telephone for booking.com has disappeared too.  How does one contact booking.com.  Customer service is not replying and i need information asap.

Hi there,

You can compose a message or give partner services a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

Hi thank you for the reply i tried that used to be able to do that.  I also now have double bookings with all information correct.  Booking.com cant seem to find the fault.  However, its sorted for now untill the next time i guess.  The gremlin  attacks.  Thank you for the reply.

Hi again,

Do you happen to use a connectivity provider/ channel manager? If you do, you can ask them for the system logs to show you how the overbooking reservation was able to drop in and pin point the problem. You can also call Booking.com as per my instructions and an agent will be able to check the Booking.com system logs and see why the overbooking reservation dropped in, if the inventory wasn't available in the first place.
