Error While Listing Property On Booking.com // Error "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again"

Dear All,

I am Sonal from "Shivam Villa" Lonavala, India. 

I was trying to list my property on booking.com but while listing it and submitting all the information, it was showing some error message at the last step. "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again"

I have tried out multiple times to create a new listing and submitting it again, but still showing this same error message.

Please find the attached screenshots of the error message. 

Is there anyone who can help me out to get resolved this?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
