getting paid

Ive just spoke to customer support and he gave me a number for the finance department direct which I rang, low and behold the number put me back to customer support, I've  threatened to can all my future bookings if I don't hear from then in the next week, which means guests who booked for Christmas and new year are going to proper peeved about, but we can't let our apartment out if we are not getting paid.

you can get in contact with our finance team via the messaging function in the Extranet:

You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
