Location verification pending from 45 days

My property is closed not bookable from 45 days due to  location verification pending from booking.com team ..

First 2 months my property was open ..after 2 months booking.com people closed my property saying will do located verification in next 10 days and we will reopen ...but its been 45 days ...no response from them ...I have  called booking.com customer care more than 25 times  and they always says concerned department will call you back in 24 hours ...but till no no one called me

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I'm contact to your team regarding same issues but your booking.com team only saying it is work complete other team and I ask how much time so saying sorry sir I can't commitments.

I am sorry to hear of your frustrations with the location verifications. We have had a huge influx of requests for verifications with new properties listing and currently have a backlog for this. We are aware of the extended time this is taking due to the increase in demand for it and apologise for the delay. The team are working tirelessly to get this rectified as soon as possible, however I do not have a time frame for how long it may take them to reach out to you I am sorry.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
