Problems with Pulse App

Hello

As of yesterday am no longer able to use my pulse app on my iphone 6 IOS 12,5. It says the app is compatible with my  phone, but am able to access it. This is really troublesome. Any solutions to this problem? Will booking fix this bug?

I have had the same thing - and my husbands phone too! 

Please fix as pulse is imperative to my letting :-(

Strange that, the last update actually fixed a few things for us! It's still very glitchy and only partially functional but a little better. I'm glad I don't rely on it!

Older phone like you, Android 8.0.0 Samsung S7e.

Got the same problem. Just tried to load a new app and it just won’t load. It’s screwed. Closed down my rooms to sell through my other channels until they get their finger out and fix it. Grrrrrrr

Grrrrrr indeed. You would think that with all they make, they would at least verify it works before releasing it :(

Your local team will be able to add your examples into our system, so this issue can be escalated.

You can find their number under Inbox > Booking.com messages > See contact options then select any option > Other > See all contact options.

Just tried to open app again and it loaded! Go try it out guys, they’re on it! Love this app, it makes things so easy. Thank you booking.com
