Property location verification take more than 45 days ? Is it same for world wide ?

Property location verification take more than 45 days ? Is it same for world wide ? I was told to be patients last 45days.. and no progress at all.. Is anyone facing the same issue any where ? I am really disappointed with booking.com

No responds from booking.com team about bringing my property live. they say no resource to do the work... this is so pathetic... is anyone facing the same issue ?

We are having the same problem (in France) and we have been closed for 27 days now. 

Previous to the closure we were open of 2 months successfully and all customers have found our location with ease and we are in a popular tourist town and we are not in a rural or remote location so it is not surprising that all the customers find our location with ease. All our reviews have received 10 out of 10 so if there was a problem with either (a) our location being verified or (b) our level of service surely this would have been reflected in a score of less than 10 out of 10.

Also we have lost our cleaning staff due to the level of uncertainty

We had this response after many emails...

We have already forwarded the request to our relevant team. Please wait for a response from our colleagues. Currently, location verification is a video call, where you will be contacted by our colleague from a relevant team and asked to show your property inside and outside on a video call. Please note, that response terms may vary, because all requests are being proceeded by a queue and unfortunately, we can not check which position in the queue your request has. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any questions, we are here for you.

... and then nothing now for 2 weeks.
