removal of fraud reviews and scores

the current policy of booking is that we cant reply to any review unless comments are made from the guest.

this makes it very bad if guests are working for rival business and put in a low score for all with no comments. we as a business have to accept this and it is wrong on every level and should be changed asap.

the scores should reflect the guest truth full say about their stay and booking should not accept any scores unless they have comments weather good or bad.

as business owners we should also have the opertunity to review the guests as to weather they are good or bad as guests.

also how can we remove a score which is deemed wrong dishonest etc.......

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
