risk free cancellation host obligations

Hi I just had risk free cancellation from guest, so it means I have non rerundable policy, but Im also in risk free programm. So it means some guests have free cancellation 4 days before arrival which guest used now so guest got all money back and booking should pay me if they dont find other guests.

I just have question about details, lets say I have other guest from other platfrom and I block these dates partially so out of 7 dates I block 3 dates I will get paid for 4 nights right?

What hapens if I change price, maybe now I understand that there is some event in my city and I increase price, then booking may say I increased price and they couldnt find guests and not pay me. What about restrictions?

I have currently 5 days minimum  stay and when guest booked it was also 5day min, so do booking expect I remove any restrictions to get paid for these nights or i can leave this restriction. What if I change now min stay from 5 days to 10 days ?

no you cant have a booking from another platform to take the room in the risk free reservation.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
