Room Cleaning Deposit refund

On October 29th to November 2nd I stayed at Royal Aloha Condo and rented a 2 bedroom condo.  There was a $250 charge for damage deposit which accounting to my booking confirmation number 3268.561.683 is required for refund.  I contacted the owner and was told that she doesn't handle it and contact Booking.com.

And according to my papers, I should be reimbursed on check out.  Well I did check out on November 2nd but did not received my $250 deposit.  So I would like to know when will I be getting my refund?
