Two Step Verification

How do you deactivate the two step verification process on the Booking.com Account. I cant see an option in the setting and it is frustrating and often pointless if verification codes take so long to come through and on occasion not at all. Given you need to enter your account holders name then a password I dont see the benefit of another layer if security. Just need the actual oricess to remove it.

Do not remove 2fa.

Setup the pulse app and use the one time token PIN generator it has.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
