Hello everyone. I read your complaints and comments and I am terrified. Booking.com is fooling around with everyone. They themselves do not give the opportunity to withdraw at the time of payment and later they say you are to blame, we are not responsible for anything. I knew they were scammers. I received a letter from Booking.com not to contact Booking.com for this client, since the booking was made through the Booking.com partner, and now the question is: Who should I contact if I received a booking through Booking.com? Are they stupid or am I a fool? :) I appeal to all the victims, as I, let's all get together and sue them. Booking.com is just scoffing at us. They charged me two reservations. I began to dispute because I did not receive money from clients, they took away the account of one reservation and what do you think, and in the end I have to pay the same amount. How to understand this? Are they financiers unable to count? No, they are just scoffing and our money is appropriating to themselves and writing you should apply in time. Although I contacted a month ago and they blocked my CVC code and I could not withdraw money from guests because of their fault, but I myself am guilty. A vicious circle and a game of cats and mice

welcome, so heres how to bypass the issue...

 

  1. Ask Partner Support to disable BdC Online Payments or Payments By Booking if it is enabled.
  2. Update the New Reservation template:
    1. Add all payment methods you accept
    2. Add time limit to complete, else cancelled.
    3. The time limit will help cancel and prevent No Shows too.
    4. define the process to the potential guest.
  3. e.g. paypal, square, wise, bank transfer etc. google for more

 

If you are not on Payments by Booking and are on the VCC mode , VCC issued by BdC, add your bank details, and then ask for BdC Online Payments (VCC) to be turned off so it reverts back to default , this will trigger a payout, but dont do it until the bank details page is set . if issue doing that first get them on the phone to assist.

Hello.I have contacted Booking.com 10 times already. They say you have to wait a month, two months for a change. They just fool people and mock people. They just steal money from the owners. I see everyone has the same problems, I'm not the only one. You just need to get together and file a lawsuit. I lost my Airbnb clients because of Booking.com. I am a super hostess there, and since I signed up on Booking.com there is no reservation on Airbnb.

TIP: 

If you trigger the 'End My partnership' and add a bank details first, 2-3 weeks later you will get payout.

My Bank details are on Booking.com. Immediately when I registered and gave the bank data.
