BDC not making payments

I have been closed by BDC since the 4th Dec while I wait for a location review. What a load of twaddle as I've had over 10 different guests stay. If I was a scam they would have found out on my first booking.  Yet they are allowing me to honour any bookings that were already in place for Dec. Of course, they are holding back payments. Miffed off doesn't even cut it. They just keep giving me the same drivel - our team are aware and will get to you in due course. Loads of utter bobbins

many are , as this 10 day audit is or feels unnessecary.

The timing of it has been a pisstake. They should have waited until end of Jan before doing it.

There is a back log too.
