BDC switched me to Payments By Booking.com without my request or permission!
Two years ago I switched from Payments By Booking.com to taking direct payments via the channel manager software system and credit card processor that I use. Last year BDC switched me back to Payments By Booking.com without asking me for my permission or telling me.
It took me literally months of messaging the finance department and calling the support line before the finance department finally switched me out of that program so that I could once again take payments directly.
Everything was fine until last week when BDC once again switched me back to Payments By Booking.com, again without my permission and without telling me.
When I messaged the finance department about this (specifying Commissions and Payments), they told me that I had make my request to be switched back via customer support. But after calling customer support and making that request, the finance department has failed to respond.
What is with the finance department suddenly switching me to Payments By Booking.com without getting my permission or telling me, and what is with the people in the finance department who handle commissions and payments replying to my messages telling me that I have to ask customer support to have me switched back to taking payments directly, when all they can do is ask the same people in the finance department to do this? Makes zero sense.
How can I get the finance department to get me back to taking payments directly, and how can I get them to stop switching me back to Payments By Booking?
