we got a automatic bill from you, but it’s wrong bill.
We explained already on the phone, the personn when they book the place online don’t pay with credit card. So all the personn booked our place but don’t come and don’t call us also for tell they will no come. So we loose money because we kept our place available and we reduce other booking and nobody come. when I logged into my account, the customer no show button was blocked, so I couldn't report that the person did not come.
So the situation it’s difficult for us , we can’t have prepayment for the booking and also it’s no possible to inform in our account the person don’t come and we loose booking.
So thanks by advance to delete this bill !
