The booking guest no show still the commission requested

Till now all the booking made via booking guest have not shown up for the reservation. Still am getting a invoice for the commission. I don’t think this works for any reason. As we not recieved from the guest nor they have shown up. Need clarification for the same. Please call me back for the same

Did you mark the guest(s) "No-Show" on Extranet?

If not BDC will assume they stayed and bill you for commission.

Have you marked the reservations as no show at the day after check in? If so, no commission should have been charged.
