Booking.com keeping my payment
My guest cancelled after check in date, as per my terms and conditions, they get charged. This was confirmed verbally with Booking.com plus online.
My payment didn’t arrive.
Message today, they will keep the €515 and pay me the commission charge for each future booking until the amount has been paid in full.
I think it’s outrageous and disregards any policy I have agreed to.
Has anyone else had this?
