Booking.com not paying host for whole summer bookings

My property has been let though booking.com this summer and I have not yet received any payments for the summer bookings.

Booking.com are saying my property location is not verified and therefore closed.  I have honoured all bookings this summer, booking.com have been paid by the customer and I have received positive feedback from all guests.

Booking.com have even had the cheek to send my commission invoices, yet they have not paid me a penny and say they are still looking into the problem.  This has been going on since May and I am unable to get anywhere.  I phoned again this morning (despite a promise of a call back 7 days ago that never happened) and the person on the phone would not give me any information, told me to wait another 1-2 weeks and would not escalate it to her manager,  She then hung up on my when I was insistant that I wanted my case escalated.

As far as I am concerned this is theft of my money by booking.com and I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas on how to get my payout.  Wondering about legal advice or even going to Watchdog!
