Can I add a Wise account to receive payments from Booking?

Last month I have changed my bank account to a Wise account number which was initially accepted on Extranet. Then I realized that I didn'te receive my revenue due to account detail error.
The apartment is in Hungary and I added my HUF IBAN account number as requested. Still it is not working.

Which number should I use to receive my revenue on Wise? Since the price is calculated and paid in EUR, can I somehow use my EUR account to receive the revenue in EUR?

Hi there, 


I'm not an expert in this area so it may be worth sending a message to the Finance team via the extranet (note there is a delay in responses at the moment, so it may be longer than usual before you get a response). Assuming that your bank details are correct, on this page on the partner hub it states that it takes 7 days for validation of a new bank account once updated. 


Regarding Wise, again I'm not an expert but I believe the Wise accounts differ from a bank account in that they are an electronic money account, there may be something in this distinction that means funds can't be transferred, but this is something I would clarify with the Finance team. 


You will find contact details for the Finance team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
