cancell reservation

Dear Customer service,

 

We have a reservatoin from German Dekterev, booking number: 3668527935

Guest wrote me to cancel it. I wanted to cancell it, but :

 Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the guest's check in date.

Can you help please to cancel this reservatoin?

No no no, how many times do I have to say it.

 

1. Never post action requests here, a blackhole, nothing will happen. 

 

2. The guest must logon to their account click cancel, if they can't, then next they contact CS team, not you.

 

3. If they fail to do so then they are liable to pay, you are not their manservant. 

 

4. If they do nothing and did not prepay you shouldn't be invoiced, but do message partner support team that guest asked for cancellation but failed to follow procedure.
