Hello I got a reservacion from a guest on December 24th to December 26th. Unfortunately I can't host him  so I decided to send him a cancellation for his reservacion. The problem is that the charge is done. My fee policies said I would not give back money to my guests when they cancelled. In this case by mistake those dates were unblock from my calendar. Would you please help him to return him his money back?

When you click request cancellation on their reservation page there is the option 2 to select, this waives.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
