Cannot enter bank details. Not receiving any PIN.

I wish to add my bank details to my account but I can't seem to receive a PIN. My phone number is correct. I tried multiple times, still no luck. I tried calling customer service, no luck there too. Can someone please help?

Where to find the one-time PIN On the PULSE App

  • After opening the pulse app, bottom right corner is ... MORE, tap it
  • on this OTHER screen, tap on Settings,
  • Now tap on Extranet PIN code.
  • You will have 25 seconds or less to enter that code ,or wait for the next code to appear on expiry.
