The Cart shed booking - Double booking/ need to cancel

Hello ,

I received a booking for The Cart shed last night / early this morning around 1am .

I am afraid I have had an issue with my ical booking system and the property is already booked .

I have contact the guest to explain this and apologies and asked them to cancel as I was unable to my end . My concern is that they should receive a dull refund as the issue has been a double booking /problem with my sync calendar. Please can you confirm that they will receive a dull refund ? and how long thus might take ?

  • This is why channel manager is important it usually prevents this.
  • In rare cases it cant actually be a BdC system glitch.
  • Report it to Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
