Client booked with booking but transferred to Agoda and now has not been refunded from Booking.com

My client made a booking with booking.com and it was handed to their partner(AGODA). The client cancelled the booking due to covid lockdowns, received half of her deposit back from Agoda but nothing from Booking.com. Agoda won't acknowledge the other money she paid as saying it is all refunded back, but clearly not.

Can't seem to find a phone number to contact booking.com or email to rectify this issue. Booking was Aug 6th 21'. Need an answer for my client.

Hi there, the Partner Support team will be able to look at the specifics of this reservation and assist you with this. You will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
