Commission – I have paid commsion and payment charge with every Booking invoice and they STILL want to charge.


I would appreciate if someone from booking.com would answer, as I have had 0 help and answers to my emails in 2 years or calls. 

I have paid with every invoice commission and payment charge – and guess what,  in the end of the month they send me the same amount for the whole month to pay? And say I have to pay it by 16th September. 

All the payments (commission and payment charges) are automatic. Meaning I dont need to pay anything extra. They go off with every bill. 

On Friday it showed that there was an overdue of 0.03 cents, so I paid that one, thought it just overdue or smth?  Today it shows some other ridiculous amount, but this time over 500 euros. 

What is this? Really its taking a toll on me I have to write publicly here.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
