Dear partners

 

We are in the process of reopening our hotel and our page is closed on your platform.

We expect that we have some outstanding invoices pending to be paid for the month of January and February 2020 before the pandemic.

We are contesting the invoice for the month of August, reservation number 2552239357 with a commission value of 93.70 euros, at that time the hotel was closed and we didn't give a show in the park reservation we didn't see the reservation the hotel was closed without people working.

In this sense, we appeal that this commission is not charged and we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.
