"currently not possible to make reservations for this hotel"

In my property it shows "...currently not possible to make reservations for this hotel".

I´ve contacted booking and the only thing they say is "due to quality control that may last at least 3 days".

Now my questions are:

1 - which compensation will I have for all the future clients I will lost?

2 - which compensation will I have if a client cancel the booking after seeing this?

3 - which compensation will I get for this bad publicity?

and last, when will booking pass by to do this "quality control"?

No wonder a lot of people are "running" to Airbnb.

Exist better ways in dealing with things...

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
