thats a crazy idea, unless you have some fancy meter reading smart device to remotely pull the info and then a CC from the guest to charge. (CC given on check in)
Note not everyone using CC , Debit Cards require a charge on arrival of an agreed amount, token amount, which is reversed on checkout if nothing to charge.
