The Extranet

I access dozens of websites in my work and usually can navigate them all without any issues.  Booking.com extranet is easily the worst I have come across, I have spent several hours over this past weekend trying to find how and where I can dispute an invoice. All references which are in blue (so marked to allegedly guide you through the process) don't take you to where you want to go.  I cannot find anywhere that simply says "send us a message" like other websites.  I have given up.

  1. use the tick box on the reservation statements page, dispute

  2. or send message via inbox

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi, i have recently opened a very small Guest house, the workload would be just right for me if it was not  for the amount of e-mails re answering the same form completion etc etc, Bookings.com have double booked me once, and tried to do it again, we managed with great stress to ourselves accommodate the first overbooking, BUT WILL NOT BE DOING IT AGAIN, unfortunately ONLY Speaking to MACHINES does NOT help, it takes so long to try and get through as you said THERE IS NOWHERE YOU CAN DO A SIMPLE E-MAIL,  I am closed at the moment as we have Plumbers here refitting bathrooms, it seems if you CLOSE OFF YOUR ROOMS YOU ARE PENALISED BY YOUR INFORMATION NOT BEING SHOWN ON LINE, so then NO BOOKINGS can be achieved for a later date. A VERY CONCERNED CUSTOMER

I agree with you Peter. I am an experienced IT guy and cannot believe how difficult the website makes it to find many things (especially if you want to query something). I suspect it is deliberate!!
