Finance Department - lack of payment and communication
I listed my villa in early July and within 24 hours had a booking, Since then, my property has been closed/not bookable, the guests have been and gone, and guess what? No payment or ANY comms from booking.com.
I have spoken to several people who all say we need to wait for the finance department, they have NO number for them and can't even tell me why the property is closed/not bookable.
Anyone else experienced this?
