Genius Credits

Why have the genius credits been handled so poorly?

We immediately quit the programme after opting in post covid for credit note rebates, then the credits appear in the invoice section, then actual invoices appear, then the credits are not applied to the invoices then the credit notes are marked as paid.

Finance NEVER respond, so BookingDotcom can poke their genius program where the sun does not shine.

You can reach them via the Inbox tab in the extranet > Booking.com Messages > See contact options. They may be able to help you decipher the Invoices and Credit Notes in the extranet a little clearer.
