Guest payment

I am just wondering about the payment . I don’t know if my guest is gonna pay cash or already paid online? It shows that payment received on the day of reservation but no details ican see

if the reservation details page says payment taken, then you are either using Payments by Bdc or BdC online payments.


which is it?


or if you never signed up for either then default is what you state into New Reservation template.


note: always set a time limit for prepayment in template, so when they dont you can easily cancel.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
