Guest reservation for one person only and arrived with two

The guest made the reservation for one person only and arrived with two, simulating that he did not see the option on booking. The possibility of the second guest paying 80% of the value of the first one was correctly registered on the intranet. Question: How should I charge the additional amount for the second person?

  1. You can only challenge it if you actually asked Partner Support to enable Occupancy based rates.
  2. If you are only listing a room and or whole unit, and not using O.B. Rate plans, then you must accept it.


If there genuinely is a valid cost then ask them for it.


You should consider 2 being the default minimum.
