held up payment

I have been trying to resolve a held up payment from August 2021. Despite numerous calls and emails to Booking.com the matter is still not resolved. I am simply told to wait for a call back from the location verification department which never happens.  

I sense that Booking.com are having major problems with their infrastructure or cashflow.  After another 25 minutes on the phone I have been told to complain. 

Really terrible service.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
